This rare Dyane has roll down front windows and sliding rear windows and is equipped with a good, solid frame and body.

This model features a 602 cc engine with drum break gearbox.  This could be driven as is or EuroCar Imports can work our magic on an incredible restoration.

1976 vintage Citroen Truckette for sale. Recently completed a full restoration including new galvanized frame, electronic ignition, 602 engine completely rebuilt, new clutch, etc. It’s better than new!  Also has radio/CD/MP3 system. Right Hand Drive Citroen 2CV for Sale

This Citroen 2CV belongs to a very good friend/client of mine.  I have worked on this 2CV myself so I can assure you that like the other Citroen cars we sell, this 2CV is in wonderful condition.  She  is fully rebuilt and a true beauty.

This vintage Citroen 2CV is from Europe, so the steering wheel is on the opposite side of the vehicle.

Does she look familiar at all?  She had a 2 page spread in Road and Track Magazine with yours truly a few years ago :-)

1976 Citroen Dyane for Sale

We have the unique opportunity to have in our possession a very rare 1976 Citroen Dyane.  This model is particularly unique because it is a Spanish built model with the original paper work!  This Citroen Dyane model has the following equipment that was never available on a standard model:

  • Wind down front windows
  • Sliding rear windows
  • Hard top not soft canvas top (hard top can come off to be replaced with soft top)

This is the only Citroen Dyane in the states with these extra features!

Our model has only 80,853 kms on it–like new!   It features a 602cc engine with drum brake gearbox.

Before being sold, we  are going to install a new galvanized frame.  We also have the Spanish paperwork on the car which documents it authenticity.

The Dyane was designed from the outset as a hatchback with some other styling differences, such as conventional round headlamps set into the front fender with a squared chrome trim ring – as opposed to the old-fashioned separate units found on the 2CV – and chromed wheel embellishments as standard. It is often believed that the Dyane was intended to replace the 2CV, but it was aimed slightly higher in the Citroën range – between the 2CV and the Ami – and attracted a different clientèle seeking the versatility offered by the Dyane’s hatchback

1952 Citroen Traction Avant for Sale

A very rare find!  This instantly recognizable 1952 Traction Avant is for sale at Eurocar Imports in NJ.  We will be performing a full restoration of the vehicle before she leaves our lot.

The Traction Avant, French for “forward traction”, was designed by André Lefèbvre and Flaminio Bertoni in late 1933 / early 1934. Andre Citroën was known to many as the Henry Ford of France. While not the first production front wheel drive car, it was the world’s first front wheel drive steel monocoque production car. The Traction successfully pioneered front wheel drive on the European mass car market.

Citroen Traction Avant Engineering

The Traction is famous for it’s unique look but even more so for its engineering. The Traction Avant used a longitudinal, front wheel drive layout, with the engine set well within the wheelbase, resulting in a very favourable weight distribution, aiding the car’s advanced handling characteristics. The gearbox was placed at the front of the vehicle with the engine behind it and the differential between them.  The gear change was set in the dashboard, with the lever protruding through a vertical, H-shaped gate. Because this vertical orientation could have resulted in the car dropping out of gear when the lever was in the upper positions (i.e. second or reverse gears), the gear shift mechanism was locked when the mechanical clutch was engaged and released when the clutch pedal was depressed.   The Traction Avant’s engineering features made them ideal for use as limousines and taxi cabs, and they were quite popular among drivers and passengers alike.

Very Rare 1960 Ripple Bonnet 2CV For Sale

This is a very unusual opportunity to own an original 1960 Citroen Ripple Bonnet 2CV.   The vehicle is currently in England, waiting to be exported to the US.  Once it arrived at Eurocar Imports, we will be performing a full restoration.  The car will look and feel brand new.

The Ripple Bonnet was first introduced in 1960, when the Citroen 2CV was updated. In particular the corrugated Citroën H Van style “ripple bonnet” of convex swages was replaced (except for the Sahara), with one using six larger concave swages.

These genuine Ripples are very rare in Europe and worth a considerable amount of money worldwide.  This is a great chance to own a real piece of history.
