We start off with a bare body shell. It is stripped to bare metal. New front floor pans and inner and outer bulkhead panels are welded into place. The shell is then prepared for painting in primer then in top coat (customer chooses the colors). Then we start off with a brand new galvanized frame and refit all suspension/axles/ etc to make it a rolling frame. Then the body is lowered onto the new frame and we begin the process of rebuilding the car.
Every car has the following installed
- New Bumpers front and rear
- New seat covers
- New headlining
- New soft top
- All chrome trim is replaced on doors/fenders
- Stainless steel bolts for fenders
- New mudflaps
- Carpet set front and rear
- New hood soundproofing

All cars come with the latest 602cc engine/disc brake gearbox/LHM system. Every car comes with all paperwork needed for you to register and title the car in your state. We offer nationwide delivery if you don’t live close to us in NJ. The cars are all 25 years or older so that means they do not have to meet and US safety and emission laws so no problems there.
